Best practice

For a successful King Arthur Spa experience:

Your preferences

As soon as you arrive at the Spa, a Spa Pratician will give you a brief consultation to ensure you receive the best treatments.
Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any other health problems.

Our practitioners

Our experienced practitioners will be delighted to advise you and help you plan the treatments and cures that are right for you. Our practitioners will be delighted to help you plan your treatment programme if you are staying at the hotel for more than one day.

What to wear

There's no need to bring special clothing, as you'll be given an outfit when you arrive. Depending on your treatment, and of course to make the most of the Spa, bring a swimming costume and towel.

We'll provide you with a bathrobe and flip-flops in your size.

We recommend that you remove all your jewellery and valuables. In the event of loss, forgetfulness or theft, the Spa cannot be held responsible.

A lockable locker is available for your personal belongings (subject to availability).

We provide disposable pants for all treatments in the treatment room.

Privacy

Changing rooms are available at Spa Le Roi Arthur. During your treatment, towels will cover all the parts of your body that will not be treated.

Reservations

We warmly recommend that you make a reservation for your treatment. We invite you to contact us with any questions you may have and to help you identify the treatment best suited to your needs.

A deposit or bank guarantee is required for all bookings.

Arrival time

For your comfort and to make the most of your treatment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.

Delay

If you arrive late, we will do our utmost to ensure that your treatment is completed in full. However, you should be aware that your treatment may be cut short if you have another appointment immediately following yours.

Children

Children under the age of 16 are not admitted to the Spa Le Roi Arthur, except in the case of privatisation of the Spa or treatments adapted for children.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 24 hours' notice the day before. Please contact us to schedule a new appointment.
If you cancel a treatment or an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the price of the treatment.

Duration of care

The time described for each ritual or treatment includes time to make yourself comfortable, then to prepare to return to the outside world. For a 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min or 180 min session, the effective times are 25 min, 40 min, 50 min, 80 min, 110 min or 170 min.

Your comfort

We are here to anticipate your needs, and our practitioners are on hand to listen to you from the moment you arrive until you leave.

During the treatments, we invite you to talk about your needs, desires, any problems you may have, the pressure you apply during a massage, the level of lighting in the room and your perception of sound.
We encourage you to share your impressions by filling in our questionnaire after your treatment.
In the event of a health problem, we invite you to consult a doctor to authorise you to receive the treatments provided in our Spa. Our establishment reserves the right to refuse a treatment to anyone whose state of health could present a risk.

Mobile phone policy

To preserve harmony at Spa Le Roi Arthur, please switch off your telephone on arrival.

Covid policy

In order to guarantee your safety in our establishment, all the necessary sanitary measures are rigorously applied: wearing of masks, distancing, disinfection of equipment and premises, provision of hydro-alcoholic gel, etc. We have also established a methodology for the use of equipment inside our Spa area: it provides for the number of people and the recommended time in a facility (sauna, jacuzzi, salt grotto, etc.) according to the compulsory distancing or, depending on the period, general privatisation for each access.
